Kent Hammer has over 30 years of experience in the executive recruitment industry. With an extensive background ranging from owning Hammer Consulting and Search for 20+ years to also acting as Director of Talent Acquisition at Zoom. He’s developed a professional network of thousands of proven account executives, sales engineers, and sales leaders throughout North America. He has also developed a transformational recruitment strategy that guarantees success for their clients.

Brian Groff
Brian Groff joined Hammer Consulting as an Executive and Go-to market Consultant. Brian is a dynamic and highly successful sales leader with 25+ years of diverse experience. He joined Zoom in January of 2018, and helped them achieve a highly successful IPO and record breaking growth. Prior to Zoom he was the VP of Sales for Video Guidance, joining the company at inception and helped them achieve a very successful exit via acquisition. Throughout his career he has consistently delivered a quantifiable track record of high-growth results through strategic sales and leadership roles.

She has her bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Minnesota. When she’s not helping Hammer Consulting flourish, she enjoys spending time with friends and routinely beating Kent in tennis.
