- We guarantee our results and placement within 180 Days - before executing our Engagement Search model, both parties will agree upon a number of qualified candidates to presented in a set amount of time.
- No job boards or resume sites – Hammer Consulting works exclusively through our qualified network of technology sales professionals that has been growing since 1991.
- Go to market message – before executing the search, both parties will have a deliberate conversation to understand what the hire looks like, the landscape of your current company’s culture and future, and the role this hire will play. This is extremely important for companies less than 300M for this is going to be the first snap shots the marketplace will be getting of your company. Regardless of the concentration, Hammer Consulting will make certain your company stands out with the right people.
- “The Village Bicycle” - when you engage one or more contingency firms to run your search, that is what we call a “village bicycle” dilemma takes effect. Contingent firms close 1 out of 13 searches they take on so the sheer volume they need to take on to survive is at odds with the attention your search requires.
