The Engagement Search Model combines the aggressiveness of the Contingency Search process with the diligence and attention to detail of the Retained Search process. The result: a model that protects the integrity of our clients search while delivering candidates to whom they otherwise would not have access.

 

This highly unique service requires a small risk and when the service is fulfilled, the percentage acquired is lower than our Contingency Service.
