Kent Hammer – Founder and CEO

Kent Hammer started in the search business right out of college in 1991. He learned early on what is most important in this chaotic business, taking the time to master the alignment between candidate and client. Kent has refined Hammer Consulting into a genuine, full-cycle firm providing unsurpassed recruitment and team building improvement consulting to clients and unique agent based approach to individuals looking to improve their careers.

He graduated from Saint Cloud State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communications. When not involved in building Hammer Consulting, Kent is driving his kids to soccer, enjoys coaching, playing golf and is a huge fan of all things car related.
